In this regard, our fleet is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and counts with mapping and monitoring systems of the species to be caught so we can assure that the capture is done only in specifically selected fishing areas.


In the Processing Plant strict quality controls are applied at every stage of the process in accordance with local gubernamental and quality policies.


For the said purpose, and in order to keep an efficient control of the quality of the processes, handling and manipulation of the products, NOVABARCA S.A. has implemented the following methods to ensure the food safety of the processes: HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
